Read Between the Shrugs is a production group featuring Chicago-based actor Anna Yee,who can be seen on NBC's "Chicago Fire" and "Easy" on Netflix, and Denver, Colorado's award-winning filmmaker Chad Weber.            I wrote and co-starred in each of these films; it's truly some of the most fun I've had on set.

Our award-winning short film, Zombiphobia featuring Laura Satterfield, who can be seen on Every Morning directed by Fred Armisen. Zombiphobia won Best Film and People's Choice in the Peoria Riverfront Museum 48 Hour Film Fest... kinda like getting a 100% from both critics and audience on Rotten Tomatoes!  ...kinda. We had 48 hours to write, shoot, and edit a five-minute film using a mirror as a prop, a theme of "overcoming obstacles", and the line, "This changes everything."

Smokin' Donuts is our entry in the 50 Hour Film Competition 2017;we won three awards: Best Runner-Up, Best Writing, and Best Acting. We had 50 hours to write, shoot, and edit a film not to exceed 5 minutes, and we had to include a sprinkle doughnut with a bite taken out as a prop, a theme of "bad cop, worse cop", and a Police Chief who says the line, "Turn in your badge."

A mash-up of two famous chase scenes shot in LA's Bull Creek spillway.

This Christmas, terror has a new name... Kevin McCallister.

A parody of AMC's The Walking Dead featuring a slightly less terrifying version of Negan.

This tribute to Robert DeNiro contains explicit language... contains explicit language.
